While using CalMe, you may provide us with food diary entries, calorie and macro data, nutrition goals, body weight logs, and water intake records. You may also create an account with an email address and name.

Usage Data is collected automatically and may include information such as your device type, operating system version, app usage patterns, and diagnostic data. This data is used solely to improve the app and diagnose issues.

Push Notifications

CalMe may send push notifications to remind you to log meals or track water intake. You can disable notifications at any time in your device's Settings app.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (such as analytics or crash reporting tools) strictly to operate and improve the app. Any third-party processors are bound by confidentiality obligations.

Data Retention

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to provide the Service and comply with legal obligations. You may delete your account at any time — all associated data is permanently and immediately removed upon confirmation.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly from the app at any time (Settings → Delete Account). Upon confirmation, all server-side personal data is permanently and immediately removed. There is no grace period and this action cannot be undone.

Security

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong password and keep your device secure.

Children's Privacy

CalMe is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact us.
