This action is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all data is immediately removed from our servers with no grace period and no possibility of recovery.

How to Delete Your Account

  1. 1Open the CalMe app on your iPhone.
  2. 2Tap the "Me" tab in the bottom-right corner.
  3. 3Tap the account icon (👤️) in the bottom-right corner.
  4. 4Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account".
  5. 5A confirmation dialog will appear — type the word "delete" to confirm.
  6. 6Tap the confirm button. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

What Data Is Deleted

Upon confirmation, the following data is permanently and immediately deleted from our servers. There is no grace period and deletion cannot be undone.

Server-side data — deleted immediately

  • ✓Account credentials (email address, name, registration date)
  • ✓User profile (age, gender, height, weight, health goal)
  • ✓Nutrition goals (daily calorie, protein, fat, carbohydrate, and water targets)
  • ✓All meal diary entries and logged food items with calorie and macro data
  • ✓All water intake logs
  • ✓All body weight logs
  • ✓Push notification device tokens

Local device data

  • ✓A local SQLite cache of diary data is cleared automatically when you are signed out after deletion.
  • ✓Meal photos (if any) are stored only on your device and are removed when you uninstall the app.

Data Retention

When you delete your account, all personal data associated with your account is
permanently deleted from our servers. There is no soft-delete, backup restoration, or recovery option.

We retain only a one-way, irreversible cryptographic hash of your account identifier for the sole purpose of preventing repeated use of the free introductory access period. This hash cannot be used to identify or contact you, and it cannot be used to restore your account or any of your deleted data. It is not used for advertising, analytics, or any other purpose.

Cannot Access the App?

If you are unable to access the app and need your account deleted, contact our support team by email. Include the email address associated with your account and we will process the deletion manually within 48 hours.
