CalMe — Free Calorie Tracker is a nutrition and calorie tracking tool that helps users log meals, track macros, monitor daily calorie intake, and build healthy habits.

The App is intended for general informational and personal lifestyle purposes only. It is not medical, healthcare, or dietary treatment advice.

CalMe does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Calorie estimates and nutrition values are for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate.

If you have a medical condition, dietary restriction, or eating disorder concerns, consult a licensed physician or qualified healthcare professional before making decisions based on the App.

You may enter meal logs, calorie data, nutrition values, goals, and preferences. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.

Your use of personal data is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

The App may send push notifications, such as meal logging reminders. You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

We are not responsible for missed, delayed, or undelivered notifications.

CalMe's core calorie tracking is completely free. Certain optional features may be available as in-app purchases.

• •We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• •Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store policies.
• •You can manage or cancel purchases through your Apple ID account settings.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CalMe solely for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.

The App, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

You agree not to:

• •Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code
• •Interfere with or disrupt the App, servers, or security features
• •Upload content or data you do not have the right to use
• •Use automated means to access the App in an abusive manner

The App may rely on third-party services such as app stores, analytics, crash reporting, and notification delivery. We are not responsible for those services.

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time with or without notice. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARTKOVSOFT LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country apply.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
